Education Surgery for General Practice
10am - 4pm, 21st Oct, Manchester Conference Centre
The Education Surgery is a new initiative from the Primary Care Neurology Society, providing a highly interactive and practical approach to GP education. The focus of the first Surgery will be on pain medicine and in particular offer an opportunity to hear and learn from leading specialists who have expertise in three key areas:
- Musculoskeletal Pain
- Diabetic Neuropathy
- General Pain
Each area will be covered in a clinical workshop session, with delegates being able to discuss issues pertinent to the management of their own patients. You will have the opportunity to hear from and consult with leading specialists including:
- Dr Chris Barker, GPwSI in Pain
- Dr Graham Davenport, RCGP Clinical Champion for Musculoskeletal medicine
- Dr Brian Karet, RCGP Clinical Champion for Diabetes
